Placing a Order on the Web
When you place a secure order on our website, you will normally receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please email or call us for a copy of your confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Shipping is available to locations in the United States only.
Our high-quality, GM Photostore images are printed on demand when you order them. On average, your print will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Framed prints will take 7 to 12 business days to ship.
All images are hand packaged by our expert staff to insure that they will not be damaged in transit. Larger prints will be shipped in special designed photographic shipping containers.
Shipping prices are based upon the total order value and number of prints ordered. Estimated shipping costs are available in your shopping cart.
Returns & Exchanges
At GM PhotoStore, your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please) within 45 days. We will gladly exchange it, or refund your purchase.
To return or exchange an item, you MUST email us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning merchandise. A Customer Service Representative will give you the correct address to send your return to. GM PhotoStore is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
If we made an error on your order, GM PhotoStore will gladly reimburse you for return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. We do not issue call tags in most cases. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within 45 days of original purchase (invoice date).
Some items are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
We recommend return merchandise be shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation number, either through UPS or regular USPS Mail.
A credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used to make your purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

What print sizes and formats are available?
Most prints are available in a standard size of 24" x 16". For a custom sized print, please contact us.
Do you crop images to fit the paper size?
In order to maintain the integrity of the original photograph, we do not crop to fit the print paper proportions. Therefore, your borders may vary according to the proportions of the original image format.
I notice your images have a watermark; does my print come like this?
This watermark is on some of the images on the website, but is NOT included on your prints.
What should I do if I'm having trouble ordering online?

How does the quality of your prints compare to other services?
Our museum quality prints are crafted using Light Jet printers and the latest and best available Kodak paper. We use state of the art multi-layer color papers that provide image stability for more than 100 years before any noticeable fading occurs.
