Product Description

Here's an interesting photo that was taken on the line at GM's Flint Assembly in December, 1948. For some reason, the front end sheet metal was already attached to the body before it was lowered onto the frame. Hopefully, someone familiar with the body assembly process back then can explain what is going on in this photo.
