Here's a photo that captured a typical day in one of GM's Advanced Design studios in 1983. The team of designers, sculptors and engineers is working on the development of Buick's Reatta. In the foreground, the team is working on the clay model that will be tested in GM's wind tunnel. In front of the aero-clay model is the studio's fiberglass model of the Reatta. The master clay model that will be used to release the completed design is located just out of the photo to the right.
