The Chevrolet Engineering Research Vehicle (CERV I) returned home this weekend when GM purchased it at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, AZ. Built in 1960 by a Chevrolet team lead by Zora Duntov, CERV I was the test bed for many of the features introduced in the 1963 Corvette Stingray. CERV I had been in private collections since the early 1970s.
