1964 Pontiac Sedan Concept Poster
Product Description
In the spring of 1961, Pontiac Studio took their proposal for the '64 Pontiac sedan program outside for a review. We know this design was a serious contender for production because building this type of "see-through"clay model was very difficult. The upper portion of the body of the completed clay model was cast by the Plaster Shop and then reproduced in fiberglass. Plexiglass windows were installed in Model Assembly and the completed "see-through" upper was then blended onto the clay model in the studio. The passengers are partial fiberglass models from the shoulders up.
