1938 GM Design Center Poster
Product Description
As part of the 2019 auto shows, GM will no doubt unveil some amazing, new concept vehicles. The vehicles will be totally new, but the process to create these one of a kind concepts has been evolving since 1938 when GM first showed Harley Earl's "Y-Job". This photo was taken in the Design Center's trim shop. It features some of the highly skilled craftsmen who are a critical part of the Design team as they complete the assembly of vehicles headed to the 1964 NYC World's Fair.
